Newton Robinson is President and Program Manager of Community Mentor Network (CMN) which he initially started in 2009 as the Intel/Cibola Mentorship program at Intel Corporation in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

CMN is a 501-C-3 not-for-profit organization, and currently supports Cibola High School students and the University of New Mexico freshmen students.

Robinson worked for IBM as a manufacturing line manager for 18 years. In 1995, he joined Intel Corporation as a Senior Supervisor and retired as Human Resources personnel in 2013. 

Newton attended the State University of New York at New Paltz, where he received a BA in Psychology. He completed the Human Resource Management Certificate Program from The Robert O. Anderson School and Graduate School of Management in 2003. And, he is a member of the society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Newton is a Deacon at Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church of Albuquerque. He serves on the International Missions Team, and has traveled to Santa Domenica, Hong Kong, Belize, Guyana South America, Kenya, and Jamaica.

Newton has been married to his wife, Patricia Robinson, for 42 years. He is the father of four girls and one son. He moved from New York to New Mexico in November 1995.
